Terms of Use (Clinic)

Pursuant to an agreement between your organization and Greenspace Mental Health Ltd. (“Greenspace”), the platform located at https://greenspacehealth.com/ and https://app.greenspacehealth.ca/ (“Platform”) is made available by Greenspace for use by your organization’s treatment providers and patients.

By creating an Admin account and accessing the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Organization Agreement: Your access as an Admin is provided to you strictly in connection with your provider organization’s agreement with Greenspace Mental Health Ltd. (the “Agreement”). The terms and conditions applicable to your account—including privacy, security, and permitted use—are governed by the Agreement. If you require details or a copy of the Agreement, please contact your organization’s designated representative.
• Responsible Use: You agree to use your Admin account exclusively for organizational purposes and to comply with all terms and conditions referenced in the Agreement, including privacy, information security, and acceptable use policies.
• Prohibited Activities: You are not permitted to misuse the Platform, circumvent security measures, or attempt to access data beyond your authorization.
